Validated psychological assessments with scoring and longitudinal tracking
ACT Matrix Tracker
The ACT Matrix Tracker combines the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II (AAQ-II), a 7-item measure of how much painful thoughts and feelings get in the way of living, with four short reflections from the ACT Matrix: what matters to you, the inner experiences that show up, and the moves you make toward or away from what matters. About 8 minutes.
ACT Psychological Flexibility Assessment
The ACT Psychological Flexibility Assessment looks at your ability to stay open, present and guided by your values when difficult thoughts and feelings show up. It covers the six core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (acceptance, defusion, mindfulness, self-as-context, values and committed action) and gives an overall flexibility score. 15 items; about 4 minutes.

It is a screen; a diagnosis needs a full clinical evaluation.
Anger Styles Self-Assessment
The Anger Styles Self-Assessment is a 30-item self-reflection tool based on Ronald and Patricia Potter-Efron's work on anger. It identifies which of ten common anger patterns fit you, such as anger avoidance and sneaky, sudden, shame-based, habitual and moral anger, grouped into three families: masked, explosive and chronic anger. About 7 minutes.

Answers are grouped into conversation themes; there is no total score or diagnosis. About 8 minutes.
Attachment Insight Assessment
The Attachment Insight Assessment uses the Attachment Style Questionnaire, Short Form (ASQ-SF), to describe how you approach close relationships. The Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) is a 21-item self-report measure of how much common anxiety symptoms have bothered you over the past week, such as feeling nervous, being unable to relax, fearing the worst, a racing heart, dizziness, trembling, and numbness or tingling. Each symptom is rated from not at all to severely. Takes about 5 minutes.
Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II)
The Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) is a 21-item self-report measure of how severe depressive symptoms have been over the past two weeks. About 12 minutes.
CEAS-SC Self-Compassion Scale
The Compassionate Engagement and Action Scales, Self-Compassion version (CEAS-SC), look at how you respond to your own distress. It measures preferences, not symptoms. About 5 minutes.
Therapy Preference Matching

Your answers help you and your therapist shape an approach that fits. 18 items; about 5 minutes.
